Running analyses on psychp01

To run analyses, you:

  1. need access to the cluster
    1. No access? Go to How can I access the cluster?
  1. need your data and code on the cluster
    1. To see how you can transfer them go to How can I transfer files to the cluster?
  1. need your job file on the cluster
    1. See How can I set up a job file?
  1. can then run sbatch your_file_name.sh in the command line
    1. For more details, see How can I run a job file?
